Upon receipt, we will contact you to advise the next step. All theft claims must be reported to the police and a crime reference number will be required. Insurers may wish to appoint a loss adjuster. If you are simply claiming for fire or accident damage you must ensure we have all details, supporting documentation before we can present to insurers.
